This policy is designed to protect Two River Funding, its customers, and the broader online community from unethical, illegal, or abusive activity.

By using our Products, you agree to comply with this AUP. Violation may result in suspension, termination of services, or legal action.

1. Fair Use

Two River Funding provides its Products under the assumption of reasonable, business-as-usual use. Excessive or abnormal usage may incur additional fees or service restrictions.

All users are expected to engage with our Products ethically and without causing harm, discrimination, rights infringement, or disadvantage to any individual, group, or resource.

2. Customer Accountability

You are responsible for your own actions and those of anyone who accesses our Products via your account. This includes unauthorized access resulting from your failure to implement reasonable security measures.

Violations of this policy may result in termination of your account or associated services without notice, and no credit will be issued for service interruptions caused by such violations.

3. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of content you submit to Two River Funding. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sub-licensable, worldwide license to use, distribute, modify, display, or create derivative works from your content, consistent with your privacy preferences.

This license ends when you delete your content or account, except for any content already used commercially or in sponsored materials.

4. Prohibited Activities

a. Intellectual Property and Copyright Infringement

You may not transmit, distribute, or store content that violates any applicable laws, including:

• Material protected by copyright, trademark, trade secret, or other intellectual property rights without authorization
• Obscene, defamatory, threatening, or unlawful content

You are solely responsible for ensuring legal permission to use any material transmitted via our Products.

b. Spam and Unauthorized Messaging

You may not use our Products to send unsolicited bulk communications (“spam”), unconfirmed mailing or telephone lists, or collected responses from third-party spam campaigns. All mailing or contact lists must be confirmed opt-in with verifiable consent.

c. Malicious and Unethical Activity

Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:

• Hacking, unauthorized access, or exploitation of any account or network
• Introducing viruses, malware, or ransomware
• Denial-of-service attacks or network interference
• Harassment, hate speech, or advocacy of intolerance
• Circumventing payment for services or misrepresenting identity
• Any activity violating consumer protection, privacy, or anti-fraud laws

d. Illegal and High-Risk Activity

Our Products may not be used by or on behalf of persons or entities involved in:

• Illegal gambling, terrorism, narcotics or arms trafficking
• Nuclear, chemical, biological weapons development
• Activities in support of any of the above

e. Misrepresentation and Impersonation

You may not impersonate Two River Funding, falsely claim affiliation, or use Two River Funding branding to mislead or defraud others.

5. Security Obligations

Customers must maintain reasonable security measures for their accounts, including secure passwords and access controls. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account.

6. Enforcement and Remedies

Violation of this AUP may result in:

• Suspension or termination of accounts and Products
• Legal action where applicable
• Reporting to regulatory or law enforcement authorities

We reserve the right to take preventative or remedial action without notice and without liability.

7. Updates to This Policy

Two River Funding reserves the right to modify this AUP at any time. Revised versions are effective:

• Immediately upon publication on our website www.tworivercap.com, or
• 30 days after publication, whichever occurs first

Continued use of our Products constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

8. Additional Investor-Focused Policies

a. Investment Platform Use:

Our Products are intended for accredited investors and for investment purposes only. Users agree not to use our platform for unauthorized trading, market manipulation, or illegal fundraising.

b. Data and Information Security:

Any investment data, financial reports, or transaction records accessed through our Products must be kept confidential. Unauthorized sharing of sensitive financial information is strictly prohibited.

c. Compliance with Laws:

All users must comply with federal, state, and local laws, including securities laws, anti-money laundering regulations, and financial reporting requirements.
